Motorcycle Repair: 12 in ape hanger cables and wires, clutch cable, cables and wires

i have a 2003 road king classic; and would like to change handle bars to a 12 in ape, what size cables etc. will i need to make this change? thanks for your help!

What you need to do is install the new bars without controls first. Then take a measurement to see about making the wires longer. Once you have the wires installed then you need to measure for the clutch cable, brake line, throttle cable and idle cable. There is no standard size for making handlebars taller. Its just alot of measuring
