Motorcycle Repair: Timing Chain Master Link, endless chains, timing chains

Sorry Mike, I have asked this to you before, but I don't think I made myself clear. I have a 1980 Suzuki GS850GT. I am looking for a master link kit for the TIMING CHAIN
to install. Do you know of such a product? The bottom end is in great shape and I don't want to split a case if I don't have to.

Timing chains are endless chains. You won't find a master link designed for a timing chain. Nobody wants the liability.

Separating the cases shouldn't harm the lower end. In fact, new gaskets would do the engine some good. It is a bit of work, though.
