Thanks but if I had a PRE 84 honda then i suppose Oldmanhonda would be a good source however i have a 1996 shadow vt1100 not a cb100. any further suggestions would be helpfull.

Could you be kind enough to assist me with details of fork oil weight and quantity for the above bike, also if you could point me in the right direction where i could get a  picture of fork breakdown I would be grateful.

sorry dave i had 2 questions similiar .
ok you need to go to sportsbikes .com it a forum on honda shadows etc. they have members with pic 's of free downloads if you need more im here ok; and as well i will try to find an exploded view somewhere here in my shop next time you e-mail me i will try to have it, if you dont have one allready

use pro hondafork and shock 10w-500ml ok ,one bottle per shock if they are low if not 1/2 nottle oer shock .ok i hope this helps i tried to find an exploded view of the shocks but couldnt i know haynes maqnaul makes a manual for this bike with that info.if you need more help im here for u dude.
