Dodge Repair: timing belt problems, outer boroughs, dollors

i have a dodge stratus 1998 2.4 engine my timing belt broke (so says the guy who fixes my car) the problem is i dont know what i need to buy and i really dont like this guy too much but i dont know any other mechanics. anyway im afraid hes charging me too much ...by the way this is the 2nd time he fixes the timing belt but now hes telling me that my motor mounts are no good either. so i wanted to know a few things 1 what does he need to fix the car? and 2 where can i get them cheap. i have 3 disabled children so i need the car if i didnt then id just get rid of it

if the belt was changed once it should have ben fine it was not repaired the wright way . the only thing you would need for the timebelt is timeing belt and that is it and the motor mount thire is 2 at 25 dollors apice the timeing belt is also 25 dollors to replace the belt it should be no more than a 100 with labor and the mounts another 100 . sorry to here about the kids i wish you were in my area i would help you hun pete and you have a pretty name
