Motorcycle Repair: Cold Start Ok then engine dies, honda cbr, water in the fuel

Question
I have a Honda CBR 1000FM. When the bike is cold it starts no problem after about five minutes it will not keep idle , dies out and will not start up again. Once the bike cools down it starts up immediately. I have checked the plugs and all fire up, checked that there is no water in the fuel. Also fuel flow to the carbs is ok.

crank the bike again let it run till it warms up when it dies again check the spark from the plug it sounds like a bad rectifier ,if it doesnt spark thats yur problem,o.k./e-mail me after you try this o.k i will get u going guarantee o.k
