-----Question-----
I have a honda cbr f4 and I recently noticed that when the bike is in neutral with the clutch out I can feel slight vibration in the bike and when I place my hand on the alternator cover. The bike seems to shift fine for the most part but there is an occasional pop out of 2nd into neutral. I am concerned because I don't want to cause great damage to the transmission or have it destroy itself while on the freeway.
-----Answer-----
What about if it's in neutral with the clutch pulled?

Answer
I'm gonna have to say u have a trans issue.  Without being able 2 actually see and hear the maching this is very hard to diagnos. Pull the cover on the side of the engine the starter is on.  U will see a large gear.  With little effort try to move this gear.  If it moves u r in need of repair.
