Will a yamaha dt 125 exhaust-expansion chamber fit a TDR 125 as i cannot get one for my TDR

do you mean cutting the pipe and welding just the expansin chamber in?  If so, anything can be made to fit.

If you're talking about a direct bolt on of the entire exhaust pipe, I can not answer this since it is a 'custom' modification  -  and those answers can only be found by trying, which I have not done.
