Hi John,

Q:  "... i ahve overheating problem i have replaces all hoses thermostat and seals but still having problem i ahve also changed  raditor  cap and flushed core any help?

A:  I suspect that the cooling system has air in the system. Anytime the sysem is opened, with the exception of removing the radiator cap, air enters the system. The system is designed to be air-free. Air will lower the boiling temperature of coolant to that just above the boiling point of plain water. Also, if an air bubble forms around the water pump, it's likely that no coolant will flow. An air purging tool MUST be used anytime the cooling system is opened. I use MityVac's AirEvac purging tool. It's about $100 on average.

The system must have a coolant, not just water. (I know you knew that.)

Check and ensure the coolant is the proper ratio. If not, the coolant will boil at lower temperatures.

Avoid replacing parts prior to verifying parts are defective. Get a copy of the service (repair) manual and learn how to test parts properly and accurately.

Try borrowing or renting a purging tool from a local car parts store. Because it's a car parts store, you may have to rig an adaptor between the radiator cap opening and the tool. If you buy the tool for motorcycles, the adaptors come with the kit.
