Motorcycle Repair: Fuel pump on 03 intruder 1500lc, intruder 1500lc, check voltage

I came home from a ride and put bike away. Next day bike would not start. Lights work but I do not hear fuel pump. Sounds like bike is not getting fuel. Fuel guage works. Is there a special fuse for the pump? I checked the regular fuses ... ok Please advise as this is driving me crazy. Thanks, Mike

There's no "special" fuse that I know of.  Sounds like your pump isn't getting the proper voltage or has gone bad; as u should here it run when the key is turned on b4 u even hit the start button.  Check voltage at the pumps power source.  If its good, 12 volts, then u have a bad pump.
