Car Alarms: Clifford matrix, clifford matrix, negative terminal

I bought a used vehicle with an Clifford Matrix alarm system, the remote stopped opening the doors and setting the alarm, how do I reset it to work? I have the manual, but it doesn't tell how to set it back up>

If the brain of the system locked up, I would try just disconnecting the negative terminal of the vehicle battery for a minute or two and then reconnect it.  If this does not repair it, take a look under the dash and find the fuses that supply the brain of the system.  Check to see if any of these fuses are blown, if one is, try to determine what caused it to blow.  If none are, then pull the fuses, wait a minute and return the fuses.  If this still does not work reprogramming the transmitters to the brain may solve the problem, this is explained in the manual for the system, but I do not believe this to be your problem as you have said you tried this already.
