Question -
I have a 2000 FLHTC. I am getting more vibration then usual through the handlebars. What could be causing this?

The tires have only 2,000 miles on them. Is there an adjustment in the motor mounts? Can they be tightened?
Answer -
First, check your tires. If they are worn or feel rough when you run your hand around them they might need changed. The front tire will cause this problem.
Next, check all the motor mounts to make sure they are tight.

Answer
Check the bolts on the motor mounts and make sure they are tight.
Even though you have low miles on the tires, you can still have a bad tire. If the motor mounts are ok, remove the tires and check the balance. While they are off check the wheel bearings also. You might have a bad bearing
