Motorcycle Repair: motorcycle knocked over, coolant levels, check oil

Question
Hi someone knocked my bike over a few days ago and I found it in the morning. It was leaking green fluid, I figured it was coolant but isn't that blue? Any ideas on what it could be?

Answer
Hi Drew,

Coolant is commonly color bright green, a flourescent like color green.

RV coolant is commonly color pink.

Coolant may be available in other colors depending upon the brand.

In any case, check oil and coolant levels. Check oil for odor of gasoline. It's possible for fuel to flow from carbs into cylinders and crankcase when the cycle is down.
