Chrysler Repair: 94 LEBARON CONV. ALARM wont disarm, jumper wire, orange wire

My wife stopped to gas when she got ready to leave the car would not the alarm indicator was on so she put the key in the door locked unlocked the door. She did everything the owners manual suggested. I went out today to see what I could. i unhooked the powerlocks and that didn't work. I tried to fine the ground wire to see if it had a short and tried to find the alarm wire but I don't no what color it is. No matter what tried the alarm would not disengage this is the second time this happened but this time the alarm is being stubborn.

Did you try to lock/unlock the passenger side door? That will also disarm the system.
The final thing to do is to put everything back together the way it is supposed to be. Be sure the battery is reconnected.  Then remove the glove box (Remove all the screws around the opening and drop it down and out). Then you will find the theft module mounted on a bracket that runs across the top or where the glove box was. It has a 21-wire "natural" colored plug. You may need to remove the bracket to get good access to the wires at the plug. DO NOT UNPLUG THE PLUG. Instead find the light green/orange wire at location 18 of the plug and stick a pin into it to touch the conductor inside. Do the same thing at the black/light green on location 5. Then using a jumper wire connect the two pins and then remove the jumper. You will simulate the door lock/unlock that way. Then try to start the car. WHILE THE ENGINE IS RUNNING YOU CAN SAFELY PULL THE PLUG. That will disconnect the system entirely.
Let me know what happens. You can also repair the wires from the door lock to the module (the light green/orange wire) if you want to resume the use of the system. But focus now on getting it started and then pull the plug while the engine is running.
