Motorcycle Repair: Baffle removal on Cobra PowerPro HP 2:1, baffles, fuel injection

I got the Cobra PowerPro HP 2 into 1 pipes. They aren't as loud as I had hoped they'd be. There's a screw holding the baffle in, but even when I remove the screw, the baffle won't come out. I know that removing the baffle will mess with my power, but I can use the Cobra Fuel Injection thing to fix that, right?

Pulling the baffles will lean the bike out. The baffles are in there pretty tight and might have a tack weld on them.
I have never used the Cobra Fuel Injector so I am not sure if it will fix the problem. I remapp the computer ont he bike itsself
