My bike run only 110kph at full throttle when no air filter run only 30kph cant you help me to my problem

Hi Reynaldo.

You need to NOT run the bike without an air filter as it will ruin the engine.

You also need to tell me more about the problem.  Is the bike running rich, fouling plugs, etc.?

How is it running in general other than the speed issues?

Have you replaced the air filter, oil, oil filter?

When was the last time the carbs were synchronized?  Are they due or overdue?

HAve the carbs been cleaned lately?  If the bike sits for long periods, then it needs to be done.

Start with those.
