Motorcycle Repair: ignition swithch is bad, test light, kill switch

Hi   I have send you a question before. when I turn off the ignition the engine still running.  and you tell me is the bad ignition switch.  But why the kill switch is not working. Is that possible short wire.

I didnt know the kill swithc was not working either. Take a test light and test at the kiss switch when the bike is running. youa re getting power from somewhere. Do the same thing at the ignition switch. when you turn the switch off you should not be getting any power to the kill switch.
