2006 FLH with SE-air cleaner,and rinehardt true dules. This has been maped seven times at this point- on cold start RPM is 2,500 then droppes to 1-1100 RPM- pops back through the pipes when rolling of the gas-just dosent run or sound right-HD cert. tech stated thats all they can do-even paid 70.00 for down load off the net from a dyno shop- they also  then wanted to say this exhaust "pulls" so much from enginethey have to make the mixture more rich and we shoul try another set of HD mufflers. Wast of money and time

I would say the you need to get you bike remapped at a different shop. It sounds like that dealership doesnt know what they are doing. Exhausts dont pull and make the bike run rich. Even if it did it would be simple to remapp and make it leaner.
