Motorcycle Repair: Water in oil, water mix, oil water

We recently bought a 1970 Harley FLH it needed some work well it seems the guy I bought it from left the motor open after working on it and water got inside and is mixing with the oil I have changed the oil and filter at least 6 times and I'm still getting a milky oil/water mix is there any thing else I could try or just keep changing the oil and filter till it works out?

You never said how long the water was in the motor, but if it was in there any length of time you might have ruined the bearings. The only way you will completly get the water out is to remove the motor and slip the cases. You can keep changing the oil but it will take a while. You dont need to keep changing the filter. It does not remove water.
