Motorcycle Repair: turn signals, honda cbr 600, relay switch

I just bought a 2000 honda CBR 600. I'm having issues with the front right turn signal.  The left one works fine. The running light on the front right one works but when I use the signal, the rear one flashes quickly and nothing happens up front.  I'm not sure if this is a problem w/ the relay switch or a wiring problem. Any help would be great. Thanks.

Sorry for the delay in replying to your question. I've attempted to reply several times. AllExperts servers must have been out of service.

Try replacing the turn signal bulb.

I suspect the high wattage filament is open (blown).
