hey -my sons kx 125 runs lean -i tried a colder plug -no help -mix the gas 32-1 -can you think of some things i can do -the plug on the inside
looks to be to white.thanks randy

Hi Randy.

The richness of the mixture has little to do with the plug and, almost always, much to do with the carb.  The mixture is clearly wrong.
Here are a few things to check;

 Has the bike spent any time in seasonal storage?  The carb may need cleaning.

 Is the intake manifold properly tightened on both the head and the carb, creating an airtight seal?

 Is the air filter dirty?  It could need replacement or cleaning.

 Check the connection from the air box to the carb.  Is that tight?

Start with those and see what you get.
