Motorcycle Repair: rear shock, suzuki 125, rear shock

i have a 1998 suzuki 125. i was riding and oil started pouring out of the bottom of the shock. i took off the shock but im stuck from there i dont if its a seal or what so if you got any info please write me

Hi Tanner,

A seal hgas likely failed casuing the leak. I recommend having a local shop inspect and repair the shock, or simply replace the shock with new.

Rebuilding shocks can be a difficult task for the inexperienced, especially without special factory tools. Get a copy of the Service Manual. Learn about maintaining and repairing your RM125.
