are gmc tilt steering columns interchangeable with chevy?
i have an 89 gmc jimmy 4.3 with tilt,looking to replce it with 89 chevy blazer column with tilt

Yes they are, but ony with the same options.  You cannot put a column in with delay wipers of the one coming out did not have them, but otherwise they will interchange.
Here's a website that gives you access to the back door of all the salvage yards i the US.  Enter your vehicle info and then when you submit the search, look at the left column for all the years and vehicles that will interchange.
