Motorcycle Repair: Squeak while decelerating, rear shocks, spead

Question
Mike
I have a 1994 HD Dyna Glide Convertible, 1340cc Evo, 49k miles. Aftermarket exhaust and jets. I recently put on rear shocks, Progressive, 1 inch smaller (from 13 to 12 inches). Shortly thereafter, the bike started squeaking when I decelerate. If I hit bumps while going a steady spead, it might squeak some, but as soon as I let off the gas and the bike is decelerating, the squeaking starts, whether I'm hitting bumps or not. And as the RPMs lower, the squeaking seems to "slow down". That makes me think it's somehow related to the flywheel or clutch. It's hard to pinpoint where the sound is coming from since it typically only squeaks when going 40mph or more. But it sounds like the left side near the primary case.
I'd love to hear your thoughts. Thanks for any help.
Nate

Answer
Heres what I what you to do to help me. Take the bike for a ride. When the sqeaking pull in the clutch. Does it still squead? Now ride again and when it starts turnt he ignition off and coast with no motor running and the clutch pulled in. Is it still happening?
