Motorcycle Repair: 2001 H-D Fatboy, larry z, key light

Hi Mike , i have a 2001 H-D Fatboy EFI.Everything was fine until i installed a new battery.Now when the bike sits for a week or 2 ,the battery is dead.When the bike is running ,the battery is charging,and i can shut it off and it will start up with no problums, but as soon as it sits for a week, its dead.When i shut the bike off, the security key light on the dash starts blinking like the security is set on ,but it is set off,and there's a gurgling noise behind the air filter.I think its a injector moving back and forth or, in and out.When i turn the ignition on and the Run switch on, the gurgling noise stops.Any idea whats happening to my bike? You have a short somewhere in the system which is keeping somthing running in the fuel system. Its hard on here to tell you what it is. I would suggest you take it in to a shop and have it looked at, before somthing gets damaged.
