Motorcycle Repair: 1965 Honda 55cc, ebay search, honda cub

Hi there I am hoping you can help.  I have a 1965 Honda 55cc Motorbike and am restoring it but need parts.  I also need the mechanix's mannuel for the machine.  I am looking for a carberator, blinkers (if it came with them) ignition switch, mirrors and possibley more as I get into the bike.

Type "Honda 55" into the Ebay search engine and you will find quite a lot of items. The bikes were popular in Asia, so you will find some sellers over there. Check www.apexcycle.com for some items, too.

I am going under the assumption that you have a Honda T105 Trail 55. There ARE other variations of Honda 55s sold elsewhere and the chassis and some engine parts will be totally different. C115 is a 55cc Sport Cub with manual clutch and 4 speed transmission, for example.

Keep track of your serial numbers, so when you get a parts book you can see what parts fit your machine and what do not. Honda made lots of changes through the years.

Honda recently sold their 50 MILLIONTH Cub series machine!
