Motorcycle Repair: cb200t timing, bill silver, check oil

while timing with strobe(engine running) oil runs out out of case where generator rotor located. Is this normal?

Jeff, yes it is normal to have oil come out of the case, with the dyno cover off. Honda made a special cover with a hole in the area where the timing mark alignments are, to reduce the oil splash when the engine is running.

Be sure to check the oil level when you are finished. Check oil on the centerstand, dipping the stick into the filler hole, NOT screwing it in, to check the level.
