Motorcycle Repair: shop manual yamaha 200 tw, yamaha dealership, yamaha 200

Hi Falcon,
         I have searched to no avail to locate and purchase a shop manual for a 1987 Yamaha 200 tw  motorcycle. I don't know what kind of maintenace or oils it uses or have any other pertinent information. Can you help me locate one.  Thanks

Hi Bob.

Have you checked with a Yamaha dealership?  They should be able to order the manual for you.  There are also a few websites that you can go to as well.

Check www.repairmanuals.com or www.jcwhitney.com

Those are fairly reliable places to find your manual.  There is also a place called Competition Cycle Center of the South, located in Dania, Florida.  They were able to get me a manual for a bike that hasn't been in production for over 20 years.  They could find you one I am sure of it.  They are on the web, but I don't know the site (they are local to me) and their phone # is 954-920-7275.  Steve is the owner and THE goto guy for anything about bike parts.
