Motorcycle Repair: changing tires, aspencade, shively

I own a 93 aspencade 1500. fully dressed. I need to take the rims off to get new tires put on. I can save about $250.00 if I take them off myself. Anyway, I don't know where to start, because of the bags... Can you tell me where to start? Once the bags are off, I can figure it out from there...

The task of removing the rear wheel is not easy. Explaining the procedure of removing trim and accessories is time consuming and not easy, either.
