A: Yes. Get the service manual for this and all maintainance and repairs for you Intruder.

The manual has illustrated procedures, specifications, and important warning information yu should know about.

The manual is an asset and will pay for itself with the firt repair. I recommend the factory manual over the other brands. You get what you pay for.

Otherwise, remove the old speedo cable and remember how it comes off.
