I have a 1971 XLH sportster and I need to know install procedure of cams  

Answer
Install them one at a time like a puzzle making sure you line up the marks on the cams. It takes a while to get them all lined up, but make sure they are lined by the marks. If you are off a tooth the bike will not run.
Its best if you have a service manual. In it there will be a picture of the cams marks and how they are lined up.
