Answer
Hi Rick,

The usual problems with non-working winkers is: poor conductivity caused by loose or corroded ground connections, defective bulbs, corroded switches, defective wiring, loose or corroded connectors, or insects and webs in swithces (believe it or not).

You'll have to check continuity of the circuit and circuit components with VOM (multimeter). Trace voltage with a 12VDC test light. Disassemble switch assy and check for non-conducting webs or dead insects. Check for clean and tight grounds and connectors.
