Motorcycle Repair: hesitation when warm, carburetor jets, electrical problem

Question
2000 GSXR600-jetted and pipe
bike runs fine when cold, starts hesitating after about 150 degrees. already cleaned jets and gave it a tune up. I do have the repair Manual. Could it be an electrical problem because it only happens after the bike gets warm?

Answer
Hi Brian,

I suspect the air-fuel mixtures are incorrect. If so, the carburetors will need tuned to restore proper performance.

Carb tuning may be an on-going procedure to keep your MC running properly. Depends on the variables and elements of your riding environment.

These symptoms is part of the reliability loss that occurs when adding a pipe and changing carburetor jets and settings from the original design.

I really doubt that there's an electrical problem.
