Motorcycle Repair: Battery, v rod, screamin eagle

It's stupid I know, but where is my battery located on my 2005 Screamin Eagle V-Rod?

remember, no question is a stupid question. Its all a learning process.
I have never worked on a v-rod so I am going to have to guess on the battery location. I would suspect that it is located under the seat. If this is not correct let me know and I will find out for you.
