Motorcycle Repair: speedometer, speedometer needle, harley road king

01'harley road king classic;While riding I noticed the speedometer needle bouncing from "0" to "60" and everywhere inbetween. Then I also noticed my auto-cancel directionals,not cancelling.
It appears the rest of my electrical system is working fine. What's the problem?

You have two different problems here. First, if the speedo is bouncing around then the speedo is probably bad. There is really no repair for it so it will have to be replaced. As to the turn signal problem. Your turn signal modual is bad and needs replaced.
