Motorcycle Repair: 1980 Honda CB 650 3rd cylinder wont run, honda cb 650, fuel cylinder

Question
My 3rd cylinder on my bike won't run. I have spark,(switched 3rd and 4th plug etc, turned motor over, have good spark in both cyl.) Ran great before I put it away for the year. Can grab the pipe coming out of the 3rd cylinder when bike is running. Other three pipes are hot! Appears to have exhaust coming coming out of the pipe though not very warm. Carburation?
Thanks!

Answer
Hi Jake,

Yup, fuel in carburetors has likey varnished. Jets and passageways may be obstructed preventing that cylinder from getting fuel. Cylinder compression alone will generate enough heat to make parts and exhaust feel luke warm.

Check your email for tech files on cleaning the carbs.
