Hi Mark,
I've been bad. I have a 2003 Suzuki Intruder 800. The battery on my motorcycle has lost enough charge that it won't start. I've also managed to misplace the owner's manual in my office.
What are the steps to remove the battery from my bike so that I can set it up on a slow charger to get the battery back to the charge it should have?

Hi Melissa,

Visit "www.bikebandit.com" or "www.clymer.com" and purchase a service/repair manual for your Intruder.

I haven't serviced a 2003 model, but on prior models, the battery was accessed from under the frame near the swingarm. The rear tire may need to be raised a bit to aid in removal.
