Help me out here, Your clutch is locking up when you pull the clutch lever in and wont release? Also, it jumps out of gear?
Mikeonce in awhile when your rideing when you go to stop the clutch will not pull in if you rock the foot shifter it will release  thats problem 1 same as problem 2  down shifit and it jumps out gear but not all the time thanks dave

Sounds like you have two problems.
The fist one is jumping out of gear. That is a trans problem. Might be a bent shifter dog, a wore shifter dog or a wore cam plate. You have going to have to remove the trans and mic all the parts.
As to the clutch, check the inner and outer ramp and he spring diaphram.
