Question
I get a real groaning noise from the passenger rear and have determined that this needs to be changed.

have part and ready to work? I am looking for instruction on reinstalling -- how tight do thing have to be?

I hope adequately understandable?

I.e. - I am told tighten bolt and reverse 1/4 turn? Is that right?

Answer
INSTALLATION - HUB AND BEARING (REAR)
Install the rear hub and bearing assembly on the rear spindle. Install hub and bearing assembly retaining washer and nut on spindle (Hub And Bearing Retaining Nut and Washer). Tighten the hub and bearing retaining nut to a torque of 168 N·m (124 ft. lbs.). Install the nut retainer and cotter pin.
Install the rear brake rotor on the hub.
Carefully place rear brake caliper over rotor and install on adapter. Refer to Disc Brake Caliper in Brakes.
Install wheel and tire assembly on vehicle. Tighten the wheel mounting stud nuts in proper sequence until all nuts are torqued to half specification. Then repeat the tightening sequence to the full specified torque of 135 N·m (100 ft. lbs.).
Lower vehicle to the ground.
