Motorcycle Repair: 1994 CBR 600 F2, cbr 600 f2, lever assembly

HELLO MARK,
   Im trying to replace a sticking throttle cable on my 1994 cbr 600 f2..I have a new cable and bar lever..Please walk me through this if you can..Thanks again...

Hi Jerwon,

I recommend you obtain a copy the service manual. It will pay for itself with the first repair.

Proper cable routing is important for proper operation. The manual has cable routing diagrams that is much easier for you to see than for me to explain.

There is important safety warnings in the manual you should know about when servicing your F2.

Carefully remove the lever. Assembly with the new lever is the opposite of disassembly.
