Motorcycle Repair: oil drain plug and rear brakes pads, oil drain plug, harley road king

do you have to remove the rear tire to put the brake pads on? harley road king 2002 also where is the oil drain plug at? can you send me a diagraphm or picture

No you dont have to remove the rear tire. There are two bolts that hold the caliber together as well as the brake pads in.
The oil drain plug is located under the bike. There is an oil pan and two plugs. the front left one is the drain plug.
