Motorcycle Repair: 100 H.P.?, harley dealer, bobby wood

I have a 99 Softail Custom (EVO). Added Jerry Branch stage 4 heads with matching 10:5 to 1 pistons. Andrews EV 59 cam (570 lift-I think, 255 duration), Mikuni HSR 42 carb, Dyna Pak 2000 ign., V&H Big Shots. Built by local Harley dealer. Was told that motor should be slightly over 100 H.P., but it was never actually dynoed.It does seem to have every bit of double the original H.P. from new. Wandering if you think these modifications could generate 100+ H.P.? Thanks in advance.

No I dont think it would even make 90 horse power. The V&H big shot pipes MUST GO!!!!!!!!!    total JUNK.....
