I bought this bike used, and I can not find the know how on removing the battery. Any help would be appreciated. Thank You.

Hi Skip.
 The battery on any of the Japanese bikes is in only one of 3 places, and that access changes based on year, model and configuration of the bike.  All of them under the seat.  Access is either from left or right sides, behind the side covers, or directly under the seat with access from the top.  Generally, the battery is held in place by a flat rubber strap that hooks on either side of the access opening.

 I recommend that you get the repair manual for your bike as it will have all of the general information that you may want to know, as well as a whole wealth of information that will become critical in a repair situation.
