Motorcycle Repair: Honda Elite sa50 performance parts, honda elite, big bore kit

I recently went to Honda dealer to install big bore kit, high speed pulley, jets,gears and clutch on my 1994 Honda Elite SA50 scooter, no warranty on installed parts. I put the bike together and went for a ride. I got excellent acceleration and kept it down to 25-30 miles to break it in for about 30 minutes. Then I decided to  test out the speed all the way it reached  45mph I think, then I slowed down when my rear tire locked and I was left intersecting traffic from a sliding back wheel. What could have caused my back wheel to lock? How do I fix it? were the gears installed wrong or did they become locked?  The bike starts up righ away but my back wheel wont turn. I loosened the back brake cable but wheel is still locked.I am thinking of opening the transmission but I don't have any experience. Please help.

Hi Amado, the transmission locked up, either due to faulty parts or an installation error..never the less the trans has to come apart and be inspected. If this type of repair is beyond your means technicaly then you might try and plead your case with the actual technician who performed the work and see if he might assist you on his own time..good luck
