Motorcycle Repair: torque cones, stock exhaust, head quarter

I run a road king with head-quarter heads and cam and the stock exhaust with samson slip ons would I gain anything with torque cones, would they increase they flow out or are they a waste of money?

A total waste of good money. All you will be doing is plugging up the exhaust system. The best exhaust system for your bike that will give you more power and torque across the entire power band and will be easyest to tune is the White Brothers E-Series 2 into 1 exhaust system.
