Motorcycle Repair: no start, proper synchronization, conections

i took the carbs off adjusted the floats now it wont start i have spark all conections are goood power every were

Hi Budd.
 Did you clean the carbs?  Perhaps they need cleaning or are in need of a static synchronization to get it started, after which time, you will need to do a proper synchronization.

 How about compression?  Have you checked that against the specs in the repair manual?

 How about all of your connections, fuses and fuse connectios to the ignition system?

Check those and let me know what you find.
