Motorcycle Repair: oil blowing, hyper charger, trouble line

2002 bigdog boxer . 107 engine s&s carb . i put a hyper charger on , also a breather to help get rid of oil , i have that line also original line going to the bottom of bike still i get oil all over the bike , if it can't be fixed will a new carb with a stack get rid of problem .

also the belt keeps making a racket i use belt dressing which is good for 100 miles it slings this oil all over bike also , the shop tells me the belt is fine just some of then make noise will a new belt help it has 11,000 miles on belt .

which engine do you have? Is it a S&S? (hi mike yes its an s&s)

On the belt, make sure the belt is not rubbing against the sides of the pulley. Make sure the tire is true to the frame. there are times when the belt does make noise and the only way to cure it is change to another brand.

Usually S&S doesnt have this problem. What I am going to do is refer you to the S&S experts. They have a trouble line which you can call and get info. The number is 608-627-8324. Call it and they will give you all the help you need.
