I would like to know if this year bike is positive or neg. ground.This would solve a big problem.thanks...

Unless someone in the past has gone through a lot of trouble to make some unnecessary alterations, you can pretty much count on your triumph being wired positive ground.

However, to be on the safe side, you should consult the wiring diagrams for your specific model, by engine number, not necessarily by model year.
