chris how do i get the ignition out of my 1999 zx 600 kawasaki.thank you.

Hi Steven.
 The ignition switch mounting bolts ae located under the upper portion of the triple-tree, on either side of the switch.  There is never any access from the top.  It must be accessed from underneath.  In your case, you will need to remove the fairing body panels to be able to get to the triple-tree.

Your repair manual will have diagrams showing the mounting point for clarity.
