I need the piston to cyl clearance specs for boring.  Local Suzuki shops are no help.

Hi Woody,

That's a classic MC. I miss the waterbuffalo's.

I searched on line and could not find any specs on the clearances.

Most piston to wall clearances are 0.001" to 0.002"

Consider contacting Wiseco Piston Company and inquire.
