Hi Chris,trying an easy quick fix on a sticky starter switch, I find myself in over my head..there's broken plastic pieses inide and I lost a little ball bearing that goes...?...any suggestions/input?...thank-you for any help !

 Well, there are a couple of things you could do.  If you can't order the replacement parts through a dealership or shop, then check for a motorcycle salvage yard.  They are guaranteed to have at least one or two old Wings around.  You should find some good, servicable control pieces that will have good start buttons on them, so you get one and either swap the whole module or part it out for the buttons, bearings and springs.  That's the easiest ways to do it so that you know it will work right.
